Processing time

A lot of our items are made specially for the customer, so the time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated delivery times

• Europe: 2-5 business days
• Express shipping for Europe countries: 1-3 business days
• Non Europe countries: 10-20 business days
• Express shipping for non Europe countries: 2-5 business days

We will do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
