Refund policy
We are happy to accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
- Contact us within: 5 calendar days of delivery;
- Dispatch items back within: 7 calendar days of delivery;
- Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase;
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you have received it.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders;
We do not offer a free returns service, all return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us. Therefore, we recommend you keep a postage receipt with the tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited automatically to your credit card or original method of payment less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
